The room was well decorated, modern, and comfortable. The staff quickly addressed any issues we had and upgraded us as an apology. The location is prime, just steps away from the Galata Tower. The restaurant had delicious food and attentive staff. I highly recommend this hotel for a nice stay.

During my recent stay at this hotel, I was impressed by the fantastic location, situated within a short walking distance of many tourist attractions and lively areas. The room service and housekeeping were truly top-notch, as all the amenities like the air conditioning and tea and coffee facilities were kept in great condition. Moreover, the staff was incredibly attentive, making sure that my every need was met and providing free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.
